Alberger® Salt

The Alberger salt is a high-purity food-grade salt that is pyramid shaped which has advantages for many uses. Its shape maximizes contact surfaces which lowers density and offers tangible advantages in terms of adherence, dissolving, absorption and makes for a homogenous blend that cannot be found in dry products.

Alberger salt is available in different particle sizes along with a selection of anti-agglomerating agents or free of any additives.

All Alberger® salts are Kosher certified.
